These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) set forth the terms of use of the Android application “One Touch – Shortcut Mail” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Application’) provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as “vandev”) through Google Play. This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions of use of the Android application “One Touch – Shortcut Mail” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Application’) provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as “vandev”) through Google Play. Users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are required to use the Application in accordance with these Terms of Use.
If you are unable to comply with these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Application.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this Application by the User.
- In addition to these Terms of Use, vandev may define various rules of use and other definitions (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Rules”) with respect to this Application. Regardless of the name by which these individual provisions are called, they shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.
- In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Individual Regulations, the provisions of the Individual Regulations shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the Individual Regulations.
Article 2 (Prohibitions)
The following acts using this application are prohibited
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal acts
- Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this Application, including the contents of this Application
- Acts that disrupt or interfere with the server or network functions of other users (including vandev) or other third parties
- Using this Application for any unauthorized purpose.
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this Application or other third parties
- Impersonating another user
- Providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces
Article 3 (disclaimer of warranties and disclaimer of liability)
- vandev does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that this application is free from defects in fact or law (including, but not limited to, defects, errors or bugs in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).
- User IDs and passwords for using external systems are required to send e-mails with this application. These will be sent to the external mail system via the Internet.vandev is not responsible for any leakage of information set by the user to third parties due to unintended malfunctions of this application, external attacks, or the user’s own misconfiguration of settings.
- vandev is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the user and other users or third parties regarding this application.
Article 4 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)
vandev may change or add to the specifications of the Application or discontinue providing the Application without notice to the User, and the User agrees to such changes or additions.
Article 5 (Modification of Terms of Service)
vandev reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without requiring individual User consent in the following cases
- The modification of these Terms of Use is in the general interest of the User.
- When the modification of these Terms of Use is not contrary to the purpose of this Application Usage Agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the content after the modification, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification.
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
Personal information obtained through the use of this application shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the “Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
